Operational indicators of trafficking in human beings
This brief publication offers an introduction to trafficking in persons, from key definitions to the role of the Delphi methodology in establishing the key indicators in measuring human trafficking. Most useful is the list of questions that labour inspectors and qualitative and quantitative researchers can use when determining if a worker is a victim of trafficking.
